Job Title: Despatch Operative

Location: Geebung, QLD

Benefits:

• Starting from $30.13p/h + overtime is available

Your New Role:

• Working within the despatch team of a leading manufacturer of hoses and garden supplies
• Central Virginia location and has potential for day, afternoon, and night shifts.
• Competitive wages with opportunities for advancement are based on performance
• Prior experience in manufacturing or operating machinery is preferred but not essential, as on-the-job training will be provided

Responsibilities:

• Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring that the correct items and quantities are picked and packed accurately. 
• Assist in the loading and unloading of delivery trucks using appropriate handling equipment. 
• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organised work environment

Must have:

• Australian Working Rights and Valid Drivers Licence
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures
• Confident working in a fast-paced warehousing environment
