Recruitment Process

The first step is to identify the job requirements, such as the skills, qualifications, and experience required for the job. A site visit will be conducted by a consultant to identify operational processes to assist us in matching the best candidates for your business.

The next step is to source potential candidates. This will be done by advertising on job boards, social media, as well as reaching out to our existing networks and candidate pools.

We pre-screen candidates through a phone or video interview to assess their qualifications and interest in the role.

Before making an offer to a candidate, we verify their references and qualifications to ensure that they have the necessary skills and experience.

Once you have chosen a suitable candidate, you can make them an offer of employment. This should include details such as the job title, salary, start date, and any other relevant information.

The final step is to onboard the employee. This involves introducing them to the company culture, providing them with the necessary training and equipment, and ensuring that they have a smooth transition into their new role.

Ongoing aftercare will be provided by your consultant to ensure that there is a smooth transition into your business.
