Job Description:

As an Aluminium Fabricator, you will be responsible for the fabrication and assembly of glass and aluminium framing products. You will work with aluminium profiles, glass, and other related materials to create custom solutions for our clients. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and assemble aluminium frames and related products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Operate machinery and tools, including saws, drills, and welding equipment, to cut, shape, and join aluminium and other materials.
• Measure and cut aluminium profiles and glass to precise dimensions.
• Install glass panes into aluminium frames, ensuring a proper fit and finish.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Assist in the maintenance and repair of equipment as needed.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an aluminium fabricator or in a similar manufacturing role, particularly in glass and aluminium framing products.
• Proficiency in the use of hand and power tools, as well as machinery used in aluminium fabrication.
• Strong understanding of measurement and cutting techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
