About the Role:

H People, is working with a large steel company located in Narangba, is seeking reliable Production Operators. This role involves operating roll forming machines, presses, and performing manual handling tasks. We are offering various shifts to suit schedules, including day, afternoon, and night shifts with highly attractive rate of pay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machines which include roll forming machines and presses efficiently and safely.
• Perform manual handling tasks, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with operating heavy machinery is beneficial.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screen.
• Good physical condition to perform manual handling tasks.
• Willingness to work flexible hours across different shifts (day, afternoon, night).

• Highly attractive hourly rates
• Day shift: $34 - 36/hr + penalties
• Afternoon shift: $40 - $42/hr + penalties
